
Personnel changes require timely action,especially on the part of the works council. The question for the works council is: How do we proceed? How do we assess the situation in each individual case, what factors play a role, and how do we provide information? The seminar `Personnel measures and works council action¿ gives participants an overview of the rights of the works council in the event of personnel measures. Participants will learn what needs to be taken into account as a works council when supporting affected employees in the event of a conflict and how the works council should correctly conduct itself.
