Conflicts and problems within a company arise often on a regular basis. Works councils must take the initiative here to represent their interests and those of the employees. In addition to their will to assert themselves, this requires sound knowledge of the application of works constitution regulations. The seminar encourages participants to utilise their own powers. Participants learn about the requirements and effects of the various instruments of co-determination. They are equipped with suggestions on how to improve their own working methods.
